My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The room was basic, with no telephone to contact the front desk, which made communication a hassle. When I tried to call from my mobile, nobody answered even after waiting for 10 minutes. However, the location was decent, and a couple of staff members were present when I went downstairs. Overall, I don't think it lives up to its star rating.
